Walter T. Lewis, 67, residing in South Bend, IN died on January 10, 2013 at Kindred Hospital, Mishawaka.
He was born on October 31, 1945 in Macon, GA to the late Ervin and Lorraine (Andrus) Lewis. Survivors include special friends, Dan Morrison and Tom Morrison; half sister, Linda Jean. Edwards; and half brothers, Wilbur DeVere. "De" Guernsey and Donald Leroy "Don" (Lynn) Guernsey.
There will be no services at this time. Palmer Funeral Home - River Park and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family.
