SOUTH BEND -- Sherrie Fields, 56, of Rockford, Ill., formerly of South Bend, died at 9:55 a.m. Thursday in St. Anthony Medical Center, Rockford, after an illness.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Trinity Lutheran Church, Rockford, where friends may call from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Fred C. Olson Funeral Chapels, Rockford, is handling arrangements.
