MISHAWAKA - Services for John H. Lehman Sr., 43, of Newburgh, Ind., formerly of Mishawaka, who died at 10:30 a.m Tues day in St. Mary's Hospital, Evansville, Ind.. of an apparent heart attack, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, South Bend. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St.

Mr Lehman was employed by Preston Trucking Lines, South Bend.

He was born July 4, 1950, in South Bend, and lived in Mishawaka most of his life. On March 12, 1976, in South Bend, married Sandra Tamin. She survives with two daughters, Tara Miller of Mishawaka, Carrie Thompson of South Bend; a son, John H. Jr. of Newburgh; four grandchildren; his parents, Helen and Carl Lehman of South Bend; two sisters, Linda Wilson Carlsbad, Calif., and Trudy Ward of Edwardsburg; and a brother Timothy of South Bend.

He was a member of Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 36, South Bend, and Teamsters Union Local 364
