Charles Stephen Fizdale

GRANGER - Services for Charles S: Fizdale, 49, of 17940 Sundrop Court, who died at 6:38 p.m. Thursday in his home after an illness, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Temple Beth-El- South Bend. Burial will be in Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery, Mishawaka. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Charles Fizdale Memorial Faculty Fund of Temple Beth-El or Memorial Hospital Regional Cancer Center Inpatient Unit for bone marrow transplant.
Mr. Fizdale was a salesman with Waste Management Co. of Dowagiac. He was born Aug. 17, 1946, in Chicago. On May 29, 1972, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he married Barbara Zomick. She survives with a daughter, Amy, and a son, Greg, both at home; his father, Norman Fizdale of South Bend; and a sister, Myma Marcus of South Bend.
He was a member of Southwestern Michigan Home-builders Association, Niles Rotary Club, Temple Religious School Faculty, and B'nai B'rith. He was past president of Temple Beth-El Brotherhood, a graduate of Indiana University and an Army veteran.
