Kay Carol Nagy

Kay C. Nagy, 53, residing on Devonshire Drive, South Bend, Ind., passed away after an extended illness at 6:55 a.m. on Saturday, July 10, in the University of Michigan Medical Center, Ann Arbor, Mich.
Mrs. Nagy was born on May 17, 1946, in South Bend and has remained a lifelong area resident.
On May 18, 1974, in South Bend, she married Francis ''Toby'' Nagy who survives.
She is also survived by two daughters, Holly (Donnie) Beauprez of Mishawaka, Ind., and Cara Worrell of South Bend; a stepdaughter, Stacey Nagy of Indianapolis, Ind.; five grandchildren, her mother, Amelia (Barilla) Recla of South Bend; a brother, Rodney (Vawnlea) Recla of Niles, Mich.; and by three nieces and a nephew.
Mrs. Nagy was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Recla; and by a brother, Gary Recla.
Mrs. Nagy formerly was an inspector at RACO for 18 years. Mrs. Nagy was a member of St. Monica's Catholic Church, Mishawaka.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 14, in the Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
