Spencer Rowell

ANTELOPE, CA - Spencer Rowell, 72, of Antelope, CA, went to be with his Lord on August 6, 2018.

Spencer was born in South Bend, IN in 1945. He graduated from John Adams High School in South Bend, IN. While in high school, he was a star football player, playing offense and defense. He also played for the Air Force team.

Spencer was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He joined the service in 1966 and remained in uniform for 25 years. Spencer was married to Milagros Milo on Jan. 9, 1969. They were married for forty-nine years.

Spencer worked in law enforcement his entire career and completed his career with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Dept. after 22 years. He enjoyed his family, cars, and football.

Spencer is survived by his beloved wife, Milli Rowell; son, Tino (Natalie) Rowell; daughter, Sarah (Eddie) Root; sister, Ann Jean (Michael) Shell; brothers, Chester (Patricia) Rowell, Alexander (Launa) Rowell, and Darrell (Lisa) Rowell; 4 grandchildren, Ericson Reyes, Tino Rowell, Raquel Reyes, and Christian Rowell, and many other relatives and friends.

Spencer was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Rowell; father, Alexander Rowell; and brother, Terry Rowell.

The family wishes to thank all the extended family and friends who have supported the Rowell family during this difficult time emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
