ST. JOSEPH – Patsy Allerton, 76, of St. Joseph, died Monday, July 9, 2001, at Lakeland Continuing Care Center, St. Joseph. Burial has taken place in North Shore Memory Gardens, Hagar Shores.

Arrangements are by Dey-Florin Chapel, Florin Funeral Services, St. Joseph.

Mrs. Allerton was born Nov. 22, 1924, in South Bend, Ind., and had lived in this area since 1950. She was the owner of Twin City Sash Door.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar, in 1981.  Survivors include her sons  - Greg Allerton of Arizona and Gary Allerton of Benton Harbor; two grandchildren; a brother, Robert Green Jr.; and a sister, Carol Whorton.
