EL PASO - John Howard Bock, age 83, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 22, 2024 in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather and will be dearly missed.

John is preceded in death by his parents: Oscar Dane Bock and Helen Aileen Clement, and his sister: Nancy Badgero.

He is survived by his beautiful wife of 62 years: Patricia Anne Bock, his children: Anthony Edward Bock (Lana), Joseph John Bock (Kristen), Kimberly Ann Bock, Michael Alan Bock (Maria), Adam Matthew Bock (Michelle), and Amanda Jean Blair (Bart), his siblings: Susan and James Bock, his grandchildren: David Dasso, Julie Tusta, Elizabeth Horn, Jessica Leeser, Jonah Kracke-Bock, Caleb Kracke-Bock, Jacob Kracke-Bock, Karis Kracke-Bock, Jennifer Enriquez, Dominic Rivera, Brandon Bock, Joshua Bock, Nicholas Bock, Austin Allman, James Allman, Mattison Bock, Aiden Bock, Hannah Blair, and Chelsea Blair, as well as his 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Homes-West with a Holy Rosary to commence at 6:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1551 Belvidere St., El Paso Texas 79912. A Graveside Service will follow at 12:45pm at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery, 4900 McNutt Rd., Santa Teresa, New Mexico 88008.
