Michael Doaks, 52, born June 30, 1951, departed this life Monday, Oct. 20, in his residence on West Jefferson Avenue, South Bend, Ind.
He was a student at Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind., for four years.
Left to mourn are his father, Leon Doaks; his mother, Lucy M. Doaks of South Bend; sister, Delores Moore of Columbus, Ohio; brother, Kenneth Doaks of South Bend; brother, Stanley (Kenya) Doaks of South Bend; brother, Randall Doaks of Norfolk, Va.; brother, Keith Doaks of South Bend; sister, Darlyn Johnson of Columbus; brother, Dennis (Mia) Doaks of Columbus; sister, Denise Doaks of South Bend; sister, Donna (Donny) Shively of Columbus; uncles and aunts; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Services for Mr. Michael Doaks will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, in the Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home, Inc., 2702 Lincoln Way West, South Bend. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m.
The Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
