SOUTH BEND - Brian S. Schuster, 43, of Bader Avenue, died at 6 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph's Medical Center of natural causes. Mr. Schuster was an attorney and international counsel for Zimmer Inc., Warsaw,
and a former international counsel for Miles Inc., Elkhart. He was born May 10, 1952, in South Bend. On June 16, 1974, in South Bend, he married Cheri Berman. She survives with a daughter, Rosalyn at home;
a son, Ryan at home; his parents, Alice and Boris Schuster of South Bend; and two brothers, Dr. Daniel of St. Louis and David of Buffalo Grove, Ill. He was a graduate of Adams High School, Indiana
University and I.U. Law School. He was a past president of Sinai Synagogue, serving on its renovation committee, and was an adjunct
law professor of the University of Notre Dame, a former clerk for
U.S. District Court Judge Robert A. Grant, a board member of Irish Youth Hockey League, and a past president of South Bend United Hebrew School, Mishawaka. He was affiliated with the Jewish Federation and was a member of Morris Park Country Club, St. Joseph County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and B'nai B'rith.
Services were to be at noon today in the synagogue. Burial was to
be in Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery, Mishawaka. There will be no visitation. Forest G. Hay Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Sinai Synagogue Fund for the Future.
