Robert “Bob” Charles Wiley, 66, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2017 at his home surrounded by his wife, daughters and sons-in-law.   Bob was born on August 21, 1951 in South Bend, IN to the late Charles H. and Winifred E. (Bruce) Wiley.   He has remained a lifelong resident.   On April 29, 1972 in South Bend, Robert and Debbie D. Sells were united in marriage.  
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Debbie; and their three daughters, Jennae Gee of South Bend, Melissa (Nathan) Furlong of Wixom, MI, and Meredith (James) Waltman of South Bend; and his five grandchildren, Lyrica, Arleigh, Cael, Titus, and Coraline. 
Bob retired in 2010 as the senior adult minister for Harris Prairie Church of Christ.  He was a faithful servant of God and was a member of Living Stones Church, South Bend. 
 
The measure of a man is not in the jobs he’s held throughout his life, but in the life he’s shared with others. Bob’s life of faith and family, accomplishments and failures, joys, friendships and integrity leaves behind a true legacy.  

Funeral services for Bob will be held at 11:00 am on Friday September 29, 2017 at Living Stones Church, 718 Donmoyer Ave, South Bend, IN.  Pastor Sam Barrington will officiate.  Graveside services and burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.  Friends may visit with the family on Thursday September 28th from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend, and on Friday one hour prior to services at the church.
