Minister Henry Anthony Harden, MSgt., USMC, Ret., age 57, of Jacksonville, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 6:00 8:00 PM on Friday, March 1, 2019 at Saunders Funeral Home, 210 Bell Fork Rd., Jacksonville, NC 28540. A celebration of Minister Hardens life will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 2, 2019 at First Missionary Baptist Church, 153 Broadhurst Rd., Jacksonville, NC 28540. Burial will take place at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 4, 2019 in the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Harden of the home; daughter, Lena N. Lee of Fuquay-Varina; sons, Henry A. Harden, Jr. of Fuquay-Varina, Steven D. Harden of Cary and Kenneth D. Harden of Jacksonville; mother, Frances J. Harden of South Bend, IN; brothers, Michael Wright of Medina, OH and Joseph Harden of Indiana; sisters, Doreatha H. Brown of South Bend, IN, Deborah Harden-Mobley of Indiana, Tracey Lesanne Bass of South Bend, Indiana and Crystal Bass Wilson of South Bend, Indiana, 2 grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
