Christopher Louis Gondocs, 62, passed away on December 28, 2025. Born August 22, 1963, he was a resident of Cape Coral, Florida.
He was a 1981 graduate of John Adams High School.
At the heart of his life was his marriage to his high school sweetheart and best friend, Luann Marie (Davis) Gondocs.
One of Chris’s proudest achievements was ten years of sobriety, a milestone that transformed his life and strengthened his family relationships. Chris was a devoted father to his adult children, Alycia and Jacob Gondocs.
Chris is survived by his wife, Luann; his children, Alycia and Jacob; and his brother, David. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Veronica (Hojara), and his brother, Robert.
A Celebration of Life will be planned to honor his memory in South Bend during 2026.
