Ross A. Catanzarite, Jr.

SOUTH BEND - Ross A. Catanzarite, Jr., 64, residing in South Bend, Indiana, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at his residence. He was born on September 27, 1953 in South Bend, to Ross and Joann Catanzarite, both residing in South Bend.

In addition to his parents, Ross is survived by two sons, Aaron Catanzarite and Ryan Catanzarite, both of South Bend; three grandchildren, Ross Paul, Keira, and Skyler; his sister, Pamela Reinke of South Bend; and two brothers, Anthony W. (Lupe Sowell) Catanzarite and Mark (Susan) Catanzarite, both of South Bend. Ross was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, William Reinke II.

Ross was a well-known local plumber. He graduated from John Adams High School in 1972. Ross touched many people through all facets of his life in the South Bend area; he was the first to lend a hand to anyone in need. He was loved by all his friends and family. Ross was a member of the DiLoreto Society of Mishawaka.

Memorial Services will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Palmer Funeral Home-Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend, where friends may visit with the family from 4:00-7:00 pm. Father David Porterfield, C.S.C., will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Ross may be offered to Hospice Foundation, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
