SOUTH BEND - Jeremy James Adams, 33, of South Bend, IN, a wonderful and devoted father to his daughter, Annabell, whom he loved dearly, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2012. Jeremy was born on March 12, 1979, in South Bend, to Robert L. and Leona Louise (Miller) Adams, and was a lifelong resident. Jeremy was baptized Catholic.

He was currently employed with Precision Wood Products in Mishawaka. Jeremy took pride in doing a good job for his work as a master carpenter. A job wasn't complete unless it was perfect.

Survivors include his daughter, Annabell Star Adams; his parents, Robert L. and Leona L. Adams of South Bend, IN; his sister, Amy L. (Adams) Martin, and her husband, Douglas S. Martin of Fishers, IN; his maternal grandmother, Beatrice E. Miller of South Bend, IN; and his friend, Annette Cooper of Wakarusa, IN.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 13, 2012, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive. Friends may call from 2 until 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Private burial will take place at a later date at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.

Jeremy graduated from John Adams High School, where he was a member of the hockey team. Jeremy had many hobbies including woodworking and craftsmanship. He not only played the drums for his own enjoyment but he also played with friends in bands. He enjoyed golfing with his family, and loved swimming and boating on Diamond Lake in Cassopolis, MI. He enjoyed his dog, Elroy.
