Bryan F. Wetzel, 27, was born Dec. 16, 1957, in South Bend, and lived in Pensacola, Fla., and Foley, Ala., before returning to South Bend. He is survived by his parents, Mary and Clarence Wetzel of South Bend; a sister, Michele Marie Wetzel of Indianapolis; two brothers, Steven and Andrew John, both of South Bend; and his paternal grandmother, Martha B. of South Bend. Services will be at 11 a.m.

Thursday in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church, and burial will follow in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday i in the Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E.

Jefferson Blvd., where a parish rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. He was a member of St. Anthony's and was a 1976 graduate of Adams High School

South Bend police today were continuing their investigation into the death of Bryan F. Wetzel, 27, of 1339 Southlea Drive, whose body was found about 2 p.m. Monday in his home. Sgt. Thomas Trenerry said an autopsy was performed Monday, but did not reveal a cause of death.

He said there were no obvious signs to indicate how or why Wetzel died. said he was found in the bathtub by two employees, who came to the house to check on him when he did not come to work on Monday. He was the owner of Bryan's Paint & Body Shop, 19948 State Line Road. Dr. Larry Curry, deputy county coroner, ordered the autopsy, which was performed by Dr. Lee Lehman. Curry said today that I he has not ruled on the death and is awaiting laboratory tests. The police report indicated that there were no indications of foul play.

Trenerry said Wetzel was last seen about 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
