Jordan Schock

Dec. 10, 1990 - June 1, 2018

SOUTH BEND - Jordan Jeffery Schock passed away Friday, June 1, 2018. He was born December 10, 1990 to Jeffery Lee & Cynthia D. (Hall) Schock. A lifelong resident of South Bend, Jordan was a graduate of John Adams High School, and attended Holy Cross Junior College where he played baseball.

From the time Jordan was a young boy, he loved to play ball. With his father by his side, he practically lived at East Side Little League, where his dad proudly served as coach. Currently, Jordan was playing baseball for the Mishawaka Brewers and the South Bend Opossums. Passionate about sports, he enjoyed disc golf, and loved when the Cubs would take to Wrigley in the spring and the Irish to the field in the fall.

Jordan's memory will live on with his loving mother, Cynthia D. Schock of South Bend; sister, Shawnetta (Mark) Thompson of Niles, MI; and nephew and nieces, Marky, Molly, and Maggie. Jordan is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will miss him greatly. His father, Jeffery Lee Schock, preceded him in death on Nov. 25, 2003.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 7, at the Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend. Services will be private. Jordan will be laid to rest with his father at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, IN.

Contributions in memory of Jordan Schock may be offered to the Palmer Funeral Home-River Park to assist with final expenses. Online condolences to the family may be sent at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
