Carolyn (Donoho) Schue

Carolyn Joan Schue, 70, of La Quinta died Sept. 14, 2005, in Indio from complications of meningitis. She was born June 20, 1935, to Paul Donoho and Ida Raney in South Bend, Ind. She married Dennis Roger Schue in 1960 in South Bend.

She was a school teacher for 36 years in Indiana and the U.S. Armed Forces schools in Germany and California. She served as a volunteer at The Living Desert Reserve for five years.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis R. Schue of La Quinta; her daughter, Sarah Schue of Palm Desert; her son, Mark Schue of Hillsboro, Ore.; a sister, Marcia Bolin of Carmel, Ind.; two brothers, Meredith Donoho of Scottsdale, Ariz. and Merrill Donoho of Fort Myers, Fla.; and one granddaughter.

Services will be private with arrangements under the direction of FitzHenry Funeral Home
