Patsy J. (Graf) Halterman

SOUTH BEND Patsy Jean Halterman, 57, of North 28th Street, died at 12:40 p.m. Thursday in Memorial Hospital, following an illness. Mrs. Halterman was employed at Martin's Super Market at Ironwood Drive and Indiana 23 for 13 years.

She was born May 8, 1935, in South Bend and was a lifelong resident.

On May 23, 1959, as Patsy Jean Graf, she married James E. Halterman Sr. He survives with four daughters, Diane Marie Morrow and Susan Lynn Horn, both of Mishawaka, and Catherine Mary Elledge and Nancy Jean Halterman, both of South Bend, sons, James Edward Jr. of Bloomington, Ind., and Michael James of Charlotte, N.C.; three grandchildren; a stepmother, Marion Graf of Arizona; two sisters, Laverne Stout of Indianapolis, and Joann Skerritt of Lakeland, Fla.; and three brothers, William Claeys of Arvada, Colo., Harold Graf of Minneapolis, and Gerald Graf of Mishawaka.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Thallemer Goethals Funeral Home, Mishawaka
