SOUTH BEND--Nancy (Bolt) Chapman, 65, of Carmel, Ind., formerly of South Bend, died Tuesday in St. Vincent's Hospice.

Survivors include a daughter, Leslie Lloyd of Noblesville, Ind.; a son, Thomas D. of Naperville, Ill.; and a sister, Donna Hoover of Wilton, N.H.

There will be no service or visitation. Smith Funeral Home, Carmel, is handling arrangements.
