SOUTH BEND - Joseph J. Landgraf, 64, of Rockne Drive, South Bend, Ind., passed away after an illness at 7:40 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1st, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.

Mr. Landgraf was born on July 30, 1934, in South Bend, as the son of the late Roland and Josephine (Humphrey) Landgraf. He was a lifetime area resident.

On Nov. 8, 1958, in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church, South Bend, he married the former Naomi Smith, who survives.

He is also survived by his mother, Josephine Landgraf of Mishawaka, Ind.; and by a sister, Jerolyn Martin of Mishawaka.

Mr. Landgraf graduated in 1956 from Indiana University. He was a United States Army veteran. Mr. Landgraf was employed by the Femco Company for 25 years.

He was member of St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church in South Bend, and was a member of the Mason's Scottish Rite, South Bend.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4th, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, where a Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church, South Bend, with Rev. Joseph Gaughan officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, South Bend.
