Albert E. Morgan, 74, of East Jefferson Boulevard, Osceola died 7:11 a.m. Saturday April 14, in Saint Joseph Community Hospital, Mishawaka.

He was born on Sept. 16, 1926, in South Bend. He retired from Hill Truck Sales and Leasing. He was a World War ll Army veteran and a member of the South Bend Transportation Club.

On July 1, 1978, in Osceola, he married Libera “Lee” Strozewski who survives along with five daughters, Brenda (Ahmed) Vargas of Warsaw, Dawn (Jon) Simala of Osceola, Tina (Jeff) Roush of Osceola, Lynda (Bill) Swan and Diana (John) Kirk, both of South Bend; a son, Robert (Michele) Miller of South Bend, eight grandchildren, Christopher Curtis, Chantal Casto, Adam Kirk, Michael Miller, Denise Miller, Jared Vargas, John Roush and Charley Roush; two great-grandchildren, Aaron Casto and Michael Kirk; and a sister, Alice (Harold) Crawford of Mishawaka.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m Tuesday, April 17, in Holy Family Catholic Church, burial will follow in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, Ind.

Family and friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today in Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 S. Kemble, where a rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Church building fund.
