Memorial Services for Eugene Herbert Balok, 57, of Clarksville, Ga., formerly of South Bend, who died Saturday, Sept. 20, in his home in Clarksville after an illness, were held Tuesday, Sept. 23, at Hillside Memorial Chapel, Clarksville. Cremation took place. Hillside Memorial Chapel of Clarksville was in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Habersham County Heart Association.
Mr. Balok was the co-owner of Balok Printing Service. He married Ruth Borr Balok. She survives along with a daughter, Patricia Allen of Norcross, Ga.; two sons, Michael of Atlanta and Richard of South Bend; two stepsons, Michael Fridovich of Coconut Grove, Fla. and Anthony Fridovich of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; four grandchildren; and four brothers, Larry of Cassopolis, Mich., Chester of Albuquerque, N.M., John and George, both of South Bend.
