Carl Levon Rohrbaugh

SOUTH BEND – Carl L. Rohrbaugh, 63, of West Edison Road, died at 8 a.m. Monday in Midwestern Regional Hospital, Zion, Ill., of natural causes. Mr. Rohrbaugh retired in 1991 from Midland Engineering.

He was born Nov. 27, 1929, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On Aug. 5, 1949, in South Bend, he married Thelma Skelton. She survives, with a daughter, Linda Holzwart of Argos; a son, Michael of South Bend; three grandchildren; a sister, Patricia A. Williams of Vandalia; and a brother, Donald of Mishawaka.

Mr. Rohrbaugh was a member of Lydick United Methodist Church, Lydick Lions Club, and was a volunteer for 22 years for the Warren Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in St Joseph Funeral Home. Cremation will take place. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lydick United Methodist Church.
