Felicia Ann Dickens
September 1, 1962 ~ December 5, 2024 62 Years Old
Felicia Ann Dickens, a beacon of love and generosity, peacefully passed away on December 5, 2024, in her hometown of South Bend, Indiana. Born on September 1, 1962, to the late Ted and Audrey (Carmen) Daniels, she grew up enveloping everyone around her with kindness.
Felicia, a devoted wife, is survived by her beloved husband, Gregory Dickens. Together, they built a life rich in love and laughter. A cherished mother to her two sons, Don and Tedde Hill, a loving sister Lynette Daniels, niece, Hera (Jacob) Barr, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, her nurturing spirit lives on through her twelve grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. She is also survived by sisters-in-love, Becky and Rosalind Dickens, special brother-in-love, June Dickens, brothers-in-law, Kelvin, Tony and Paul Dickens, two bonus sons, Jermaine and Lil Greg Dickens and bonus daughter, Tasha Dickens. Felicia dearly loved her dogs, Cinnamon and Sage, who were always by her side.
Special friend Felicia McCallister (Big Felicia), who was a huge help in caring for Felicia, and dear friends Fredia Avance, Denise Boyd and Lynn DeBerry.
As a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant, she selflessly cared for others, leaving a legacy of warmth and compassion.
She was a member of First AME Zion Church where she served as an usher.
Felicia's life exemplified the true essence of giving and her remarkable presence will continue to inspire all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Palmer Funeral Homes – River Park Chapel, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, IN 46615.
