Roy Gregory Fox, a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at the age of 61. Born on December 23, 1962, in South Bend, Roy was a man whose zest for life and love for his family knew no bounds.
Roy was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Rosetta (Christ) Fox, and his brother, Joseph Fox. He is survived by his devoted wife, Rosemarie (Bokor) Fox, with whom he shared a beautiful and loving marriage. His memory will be cherished by his sister, Elizabeth "Betty" (Ray) Vanett, and his brothers, Robert (Deb) Fox, George (Diane) Fox, Albert (Robin) Fox, and Walter Fox. Roy's legacy will live on through the many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Roy was a man of many talents and interests. He was the proud owner of a successful appliance repair business, where he was known for his skillful work and dependable service. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to his craft earned him respect and admiration within the community.
Music was one of Roy's greatest passions. He could often be found strumming his guitar, filling the room with melodies that reflected his joyful spirit. Roy's love for the outdoors was evident in his enthusiasm for hunting, a pastime that allowed him to embrace the beauty of nature and the thrill of the chase.
Always one to keep busy, Roy thrived on trying new things. His adventurous nature and positive outlook on life were infectious, inspiring those around him to live fully and embrace each moment. Roy's presence was a source of strength and happiness for his family and friends, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.
