SOUTH BEND - Stanley Leon Doaks, was born June 21, 1950 in South Bend, IN to the late Leon & Lucy Doaks. Stanley departed this life Tuesday, May 25, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Keith Doaks and Michael Doaks.
Stanley was a 1972 graduate of John Adams H.S. He married his loving wife Kyna Coleman 6/14/2003.
Stanley was a church member of Abundant Faith & Life Ministry. He was employed with AM General for over 25 years and had previously worked at Oliver Manufacturing for 15years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Stanley (Mr. South Bend) loved Cadillac's and owned several! He was a member of the Convertible Cadillac club in South Bend.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife Kyna Doaks, brothers; Kenneth Doaks, Dennis (Mia)Doaks, Randall Doaks. Sisters; Delores Moore, Darlyn Johnson, Denise Doaks, Donna(Donny) Shively. Sons; Stanley Moore, Trevor Doaks, Eric Doaks, Step-daughter Valinda (Puddin) Coleman, daughters; Eden Burley and Jeannette Williams; 18 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
The funeral service is 12:00 noon Friday at Abundant Faith & Life Ministry, Mishawaka with visitation one hour prior in the church.
