MISHAWAKA -- Roxanne Myers, 68, of Mishawaka, passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday, January 13, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.

Roxanne was born on April 17, 1938, in South Bend, as the daughter of Edward and Kathryn (Headlee) Wilhelm. She was preceded in death by her parents.

On April 17, 1959, her 21st birthday, she married Jack Myers. Surviving Roxanne are her loving husband of almost 48 years, Jack; four sons, Mike (Marjorie) of Fayetteville, AR, Randall (Kari) of Mishawaka, David (Janette) of Marcellus, MI, and Thomas (Natalia) of Mishawaka; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Roxanne worked for 12 years at Weight Watchers. She attended South Bend College of Commerce. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was a member of the South Mishawaka Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting Afghans and baby blankets, gardening, swimming, crossword puzzles and Sudoku. But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, who brought so much love and joy to her life.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 20th, in South Mishawaka Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, with Elder Jim Getz officiating. The Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, has been entrusted with handling the arrangements
