Thomas David Furnish, 57, of Ossian, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2003, at his home. Born Feb. 4, 1946, in South Bend, he was the son of the late Charles C. and Gayle A. Myers Furnish.
He worked at American Electric Power for 25 years and was a U.S. Marine veteran. Surviving are brothers, Warren L. and Charles C. Jr., both of Fort Wayne; sister, Mary C. Thomas of Baytown, Texas; nephew, John Thomas, and niece, Elizabeth Reaves, both of Baytown.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty L. Furnish. Memorial service is 2 p.m. Saturday at Greenlawn Cemetery Chapel. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Arrangements by Northeast Indiana Cremation Society. Memorials to VA Hospital.
