Bradlee K. Burgess July 18, 1990 - June 20, 2015 MISHAWAKA - Bradlee Kile Burgess, residing in Mishawaka, IN, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. He was 24 years old.

Bradlee was born July 18, 1990, in Goshen, IN, a son of Dennis L. & Katherine L. (Kile) Burgess, and had remained a lifelong resident of the South Bend-Mishawaka area.

He was a 2009 graduate of John Adams High School, and was employed with Midwest Clean Water/Culligan Soft Water in Mishawaka.

Bradlee is survived by his parents, Dennis & Katherine Burgess of South Bend; his paternal grandparents, Hale & Marilyn Burgess of South Bend; aunts, Carol Gresham of Princeton, KY, Karen Burgess and Marcia Manns, both of South Bend; uncles, Paul W. (Karen) Kile of Walkerton, IN, Robert (Sandra) Kile of St. Louis, MO, Phillip (Terri) Burgess, Richard (Fashawn) Burgess and Gregory Bahler, all of South Bend.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Stanley & Jane Kile, his aunt, Marcia Bahler, and two uncles, Butch Manns and Bart Gresham.

Brad loved all his family and friends, but as everyone knows, more than anything else, he dearly loved his best friend and companion, "Blue," who was always by his side. Brad loved reading Stephen King books, playing video games, and hanging out with his buddies. He loved his younger cousins, and children, and always enjoyed playing with them and making them feel so special to him.

Brad was able to donate his organs to save the lives of others.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend. Rev. Timothy Mathis will officiate. Graveside services and burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be offered to the Indiana Organ Procurement Organization (IOPO), 3760 Guion Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222; or to the Humane Society of St. Joseph County, 2506 Grape Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
