MISHAWAKA - Ilah "Tiny" Mae Seaman, 85, of Mishawaka, passed away in the comfort of her home surrounded by family and years of memories on August 25, 2011. She was born July 24th, 1926, in South Bend, to Lloyd and Ruby Mae (Quier) Weller, who both preceded her in death.

On June 4th, 1944, in South Bend, she married the love her life, Vic Seaman Jr. He died July 1st, 1989.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Pamela (Don) Erhardt of Ellenton, Florida, Cheri (Al) Pesce of New Carlisle, Indiana, and Mitchell (Bonnie) Seaman of Holts Summitt, Missouri. She was preceded in death by three children, Janet Faye Seaman, Rebecca Seaman and Tracy Seaman.

She will forever be missed by her eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Tiny attended John Adams High School and was a member of St. Monica's Catholic Church. She was a retail buyer for Milady Shop and Neuman's, often making trips to New York City for her work. She enjoyed playing poker with friends and family, and enjoyed it even more when she was the big winner. You could always find her dog, Casey III, by her side. Even at the end, her thoughts were with her husband and how lucky she was to be the "matriarch" of the family.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am on Monday at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, where friends will be received from 10:00 am until the time of the services in the Chapel Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Southern Care Hospice or to the charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements by Bubb Funeral Chapel.
