MICHAEL L. ZULTANSKI

SOUTH BEND - Michael Lynn Zultanski, age 50, beloved son, grandson, father, grandfather and brother, went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2013, after complications from a double lung transplant.

He is survived by his father and mother, James S. and Lois M. (Lane) Zultanski of South Bend, IN; children, Melissa Sprow (KC) of Twelve Mile, IN, Michael L. Zultanski II and Anna M. Zultanski of Granger, IN; grandchildren, Madelynn, Olivia and Elizabeth Sprow; brother, James D. Zultanski of North Port, FL; sister, Karen B. Borsodi (Kevin) of Osceola, IN; paternal grandmother, Stella Zultanski; and fiancée, Cheryl L. Landon of Greensboro, NC.

Mike attended John Adams High School in South Bend, IN, resided in North Port, FL, for many years and settled in Greensboro, NC, in 2001, where he was employed by Everything Billiards. Mike loved to travel, fish, cook and entertain. He was an avid golfer and talented artist. He will be deeply missed by many.

Memorial services will be held at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 3506 Lawndale Dr., Greensboro, NC, on Monday, Nov. 25, at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Lung Association, South Bend, IN, or Greensboro, NC branches.
