Da’Shawnna Ja’Nyshia Lee 14, was born May 5, 2008 to the proud parents of Shaniqua Wilson and Da’Shawn Lee and gained two wonderful step parents along the way Jessica Robinson and Ronald Nichols. Da’Shawnna was a 9th grader at John Adams High School where she enjoyed spending time with friends. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts and was a talented drawer. Our Angel was a lover of animals especially dogs and dragons. She was a kind soul who often say phrases like “You doin too much” or “You gonna get beat” making people smile and bring joy to the family and friends.  

She leaves to cherish her loving memory Parents, Grandparents John and Darlinda Harris of South Bend, IN; Cleveland Wilson of Dowagiac, Mi; Shirley and Stacy Harris of Indianapolis, IN;  Great Grand Mother Betty Young of Indianapolis, IN, Step Grandmother Hedy and Ben Robinson of South Bend, IN. God Mother Sarah Brown of South Bend, IN.

Her Loving Siblings: Sisters Marasia Settles, Egypt Nichols, Saniyh Lee, Rhedyn Robinson, Zhiy Crawford, and Jaryia Nichols; Brother: Rheyden Robinson. Best friends Ma’Kyran Perry and Deandrea Lee. Uncles: Deandrea Lee, Demetreius Wilson, Charlie Wilson, Ronnie Wilson, Robert Tibbs, Donald Cross and Ricky Cross.  Aunts:  Elura Cross, Torkia Tibbs, Zenetta Miller, Keyunna Murphy, April Davis, Nanetta Austin, Septima Harris, Kianna Wilson, Pearlie Love, Ada Wilson, Jackie Thomas, Phyllis Harris, Melody Woods, Catherine Harris, Wanda Mack, Kadeea Wilson. God Siblings: Amyirha, Chende, Ayden, Jordon, Jovan, Kimari, Kyair and Celaynah.  Special people in her life to name a few, Re’Mya Cross, Marynna Cross, Na’riyah, Cross, and a host of family cousins and friends.  She was preceded in death by Great Grandparents: Mary and Sherwood Cross, Cleveland and Mary Wilson. She was also preceded in death by James Wilson and Gary Lee.
