Kendra attended John Adams High School and was a dedicated employee of over 12 years at Brothers Bar & Grill. Kendra will forever be remembered for her funny personality, beautiful smile, generosity, kindness, love and dedication. She loved grilling on a beautiful day, doing hair, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Kendra said she asked God for a chance to feel real love, and God gave her a son. On a 60-degree day one September, Kendra and LaQuan welcomed a beautiful baby boy! He was perfect in every way. Lasane Messi Broussard was Kendra’s pride and joy. She even named him after her favorite rapper, Lesane Parish Crooks aka Tupac Shakur. She wanted to make sure he enjoyed life and was able to experience all the things she missed out on as a kid. The Boy Mom pair took amazing trips, ate good food, read books, jumped in swimming pools, played with dinosaurs and loved life. LaSane was always Kendra’s priority, and she showed it in the way she cared for him. Kendra was an amazing mother.
