Jorge Efrain Garcia Arroyo September 6, 1996 - September 8, 2015South Bend - Jorge Efrain Garcia Arroyo, 19, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015.Jorge was born September 6, 1996 in Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico and raised in South Bend.
He is survived by his mother Maria (Luis) Arroyo and a sister, Adriana Campa of South Bend. Jorge is also survived by many aunts & uncles, Jose Dolores (Rosa) Arroyo, Antonio (Socorro) Arroyo of Albuquerque, NM, Mario & Maria del Rosario Arroyo from Mexico, Miguel (Celina) Arroyo of Henderson, KY, Gabriel (Maria) Arroyo, Ricardo (Rosalba) Arroyo, Alonso (Leticia) Arroyo, Candelario (Maria) Banuelos, Santos (Agripina) Murillo, Valentin Arroyo, Antonio (Judith) Pacheco, Jose Miguel Arroyo, Hugo (Maria) Escobar, Alan (Nayeli) Escobar, and Sergio (Josefa) Arroyo, Cristal Arroyo, Daisy Arroyo and many more loved family members.
Jorge worked manufacturing wire at Sigma Wire International. Soccer was his favorite sport; he played all through his school years. His favorite soccer team was America in the Mexican League. Jorge always had a great time with his family and friends who loved him dearly and will always be remembered.
Visitation for Jorge will be 3:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday, September 10, 2015 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am Friday, September 11, 2015 in St. Adalbert Catholic Church, Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
