WARSAW, IN - Pamela E. (Jermano) Hoffman, 58, died at 11:43 a.m. Tuesday in her home. Survivors include her husband, John; parents, Frank and Dorothy Jermano of Mishawaka; sons, Jonathon Smith of Michigan City and Matthew Smith of Florida; sister, Angie Taylor of South Bend; stepson, Eric Hoffman of Trenton, NJ; stepdaughters, Jennifer Hoffman of Norristown, NJ, and Rebecca (Mike) Samonski of Trenton, NJ Services will be at 2 p.m. today, June 27, 2009 in Titus Funeral Home, where friends may call one hour before services.
