Jason Patrick Sholty

Jason Patrick Sholty, 51, South Bend, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022, at his residence. He was born May 21, 1971 in South Bend to the late Terry (Self) Sholty and John Sholty of South Bend.

 Jason was a lifelong resident of South Bend and on April 6, 2018 in Panama City Beach, FL, he married Geri Joann (Caplinger) Sholty, who survives. Along with his wife Geri, and his father John, he is survived by his children: Kelsey Purvis of Virginia, Ashley Evans of Niles, MI, Kaycee Purvis of Mishawaka, Gabriel Sholty of South Bend, Ricky Purvis of South Bend, Kadey Purvis-Allison of Mishawka, Ryan Purvis of South Bend, and four grandchildren: Lillian, Walker, Dawson, and Leo, and his sister, Nichole Sholty.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date.  Arrangements were made at Palmer Funeral Homes-Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road and Southlawn Cremation Services both of South Bend.
